The great existential question that anybody can ask themselves is: why are we here on this planet? To think about this from a fundamental perspective is to believe in one of two options: either, some great being suddenly molded us into being out of thin air, or we are just congealed particles that suddenly found themselves forming into us after thousands of years. Both, it turn out, bring valid perspectives to the table, and the truth is actually somewhere in the middle. First, let’s take a look at each one separately.
